General Questions:

What are the different member types?

•Click on the navigation menu in the top righhand corner of the website.
•Click on the “Memebrs Types” link which will direct you to the members types page.
•You can scroll down to see a list of all members types.  In the future Naughty Neighborhoods will be adding more member types.

 

Can I join groups?

Yes, every group currently is a public group which means any member can join a group of their choosing.

 

Profile Questions:

Can I restrict my profile visibility?

You can restrict the content of your profile, however, other members will still be able to search for profile fields that you have filled out. Example:  If you have the profile field for gender identity (i.e. male) and only visible by you, a search will still display your profile but not show the gender identity field.

Messaging Questions:

Can I make a post to the entire website?

Unfortunitely no, you can send private message to other members and post to groups that you belong to.

 

Membership Questions:

Does Naughty Neighborhoods have a trial membership?

Naughty Neighborhoods has a 7 day trial period included with each recurring membership.

Why does Naughty Neighborhoods only have recurring memberships?

Naughty Neighborhoods only offers recurring memberships for the convienence of the members.  If a membership is cancelled and expires, you will have to subscribe to a membership in order to gain access to the website.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your recurring membership at any time after the trial period. Make sure it is before your re-bill date.
Note: you will still have access to the site until your membership plan expires, but you will NOT be re-billed.

Can I suspend my membership?

No, at the current time you will not be able to suspend your membership.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your recurring membership at any time after the trial period. Make sure it is before your re-bill date.  Any remaing balance on your current membership will be prorated to your new membership plan.

Can I downgrade my membership?

Yes, you can downgrade your recurring membership at any time after the trial period. Make sure it is before your re-bill date.  Any remaing balance on your current membership will be prorated to your new membership plan.

My membership expired, How Can I access the site again?

If your membership has expired but you want to gain access again, there are 2 methods.

Method 1:

If you want to keep your username and profile, try and login, you will be redirected to the subscription and pricing page.  From the subscription and pricing page choose a subscription and fill out the credit card information and click “sign Up”.

Method 2:

If you want a new username and profile, make sure you are NOT logged in, go to the subscription and pricing page and select your subscription you want, you will be redirected to the subscription checkout page, fill out the credit card information and click “sign Up”.

How do I update my credit card information?

You can update your credit card information if you have an active subscription. If your subscription is in-active, you will have to subscribe to a membership using the credit card information you wish from that point on.
